VS Angel Busted For Breaking Contract
Constance Jablonski shot to fame thanks to her gig with Victoria’s Secret, and now she's on the receiving end of a lawsuit from her former management company, Marilyn Model Management.
According to a report, the 21-year-old hottie cut her three-year contract short and has since signed up with rival DNA agency.
Marilyn’s suit states, "DNA is ... unlawfully attempting to seize the coveted relationships that Marilyn has created and fostered for Jablonski."
They added, “[MMM] turned a virtually unknown model to a Vogue cover girl several times over, with ad campaigns for Carolina Herrera and H&M, as well as hundreds of catwalk bookings under her belt.”
"DNA's wrongful conduct is for the purpose of destabilizing Marilyn's business, and causing irreparable damage to its image (and) reputation."
Weighing in herself, Constance tweeted, "With a New Year comes new beginnings. After my bookers, many of those I began with at Marilyn and my dearest Marilyn Gaultier left the agency this past year, I decided to move on to DNA. I'm very excited with the move and I hope you are too!! Wishing all my friends Marilyn all the best with their new beginnings. Thank you to all of you followers and fans, for always supporting me!!"
